Small or Large, you have up to 5 lines of engraving. Please limit your info to 20 characters per line, spaces between the words are considered a character. You don't have to use every line, most people put their dog's name and phone number (land line and cell).

Line 3: Address
Line 4: City State
Line 5: Phone number
