Hey! Where's my tag?

First of all, take a deep breath and relax. If you don't have your tag, we are going to do everything we can to locate it and if it is lost we are going to replace it for you.

That said, read on and learn how we roll at Dogtown Dog Tags.

FIRST, we represent many tag manufacturers and they fall under two categories:

  • CATEGORY ONE: Tags that ship directly to you, the customer, from the manufacturers facilities. If you ordered one of these tags and it has been more than two weeks since you placed your order and you have not received it, PLEASE contact us at TALK/TEXT 310 399 7190 or email us at info@dogtowndogtags.com. Please include your name, date of order and your order number. Text is the fastest way to reach us.
  • CATEGORY TWO: Tags that ship to you from Dogtown Dog Tags. These tags take about two weeks to ship.

SECOND, When you place a tag order, Dogtown Dog Tags will always send you an order summary for your records. If you ordered a tag that is being shipped to you from the Dogtown Dog Tag offices, your tag will be in the package with your order summary. If you ordered a tag that is shipping to you directly from the manufacturer, your tag will not be in your package with your order summary, 

THIRD, We ship via US Mail and sometimes tags just get lost. If this happens to you, Dogtown Dog Tags will always replace your tag.
